España nunca creyó de verdad en la formación profesional dual. Rubalcaba la prometía, hace años, cuando era ministro de educación.
On 12 August last, in the newspaper El Pais, Spain, Francisco Belil (Bertelsmann Foundation) published an important article on youth unemployment. I recommend to read it. Spain has never truly believed in the dual vocational training. Rubalcaba promised organize it, years ago, when he was minister of education.
Le 12 Août dernier, dans le journal El Pais, en Espagne, Francisco Belil (Fondation Bertelsmann) a publié un important article sur le chômage des jeunes. J'en recommande la lecture. Espagne n'a jamais vraiment cru à la formation professionnelle duale. Rubalcaba avais promis son organisation, il y a quelques années, quand il était ministre de l'éducation.

RED DE PROFESORES DE ORIENTACIÓN / GUIDANCE TEACHERS' NETWORK/ RESEAU DE PROFESSEURS D'ORIENTATION
Queridos colegas: Hemos celebrado el V encuentro de RIPO (www.gufoi.ull.es/red), en Santiago de Compostela. Esta Red nació en el seno del clásico Seminari Permanent d'Orientació Professional que creé hace 15 años en la Universidad de Barcelona (España) (sites.google.com/site/seperop). Los temas tratados fueron: el sistema de orientación en Francia, una propuesta de formación de grado para los futuros orientadores, las actividades de la Asociación Española de Orientación Psicopedagogica (aeopweb.wordpress.com) miembro colectivo de la AIOSP (www.iaevg.org); el estado de la interesante Revista de la Asociación (REOP) (www.uned.es/reop); y el perfil profesional del orientador en España. Fue un encuentro productivo que sigue preparando, para 2015, temáticas para el debate. Podéis conectar, provisionalmente, con David, en la web de RIPO o escribiéndome a mí. Hemos pensado ampliar la red RIPO a países hispanohablantes.
